Zero‑tolerance policy
Our app, DAAPP, operated by DAAPP Limited, maintains a zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any form of CSAE or CSAM is strictly prohibited on our platform and in any content or interaction related to our app.
Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly forbidden:
Posting, sharing, or promoting any content that constitutes or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Any attempt to groom, solicit, or otherwise sexually exploit children, including requests for explicit images or sexual behavior.
Using the app or its features to facilitate or enable CSAE in any way.
User reporting and in‑app feedback
Our app includes an in‑app reporting mechanism that allows users to report potentially harmful or inappropriate content, including suspected CSAE or CSAM. Users can submit reports via [describe where, e.g., “Report” button in the profile‑menu or content‑card menu]. We review such reports promptly and take appropriate enforcement action.
Action on confirmed CSAM / CSAE
If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on our platform, we will:
Remove the relevant content immediately.
Permanently ban the associated account(s) when appropriate.
Report confirmed CSAM to the relevant national or regional child‑safety authority or hotlines, in accordance with applicable law.
Legal compliance and external standards
This CSAE policy is aligned with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child‑safety laws, including requirements to prohibit CSAE, provide user reporting, and designate a child‑safety contact.
